1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your paid subscription anytime through your account settings.
  • Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation is complete.

2. Free Plan Users

  • Users on the free plan can stop using Meets Planner at any time—no cancellation is required.
  • If you wish to permanently delete your account and data, please email us at info@meetsplanner.com.

3. Refund Policy

  • Currently, Meets Planner does not offer refunds for any payments made, including partial months, unused time, or downgrades.
  • We recommend canceling your subscription before your next billing date to avoid unwanted charges.
  • If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact us at info@meetsplanner.com, and we’ll be happy to review your case.

4. Account Deletion

  • Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account.
